Are you a pet-friendly community?

Yes, we are! All cats and dogs are welcome, as we have no breed or weight restrictions. You must pay a one-time fee of $400, a refundable deposit of $250 (select breeds subject to increased charges), and a $25 monthly rent per pet.

What utilities are paid by residents?

Residents are responsible for paying their cable, electricity, internet, pest control, sewer, trash, and water.

Are there any utilities paid for by management?

The management team is responsible for all property upkeep, including lawn care.

What’s your smallest and largest apartment?

Our floor plans range from a 567 sq ft 1 bed 1 bath all the way to a 1,077 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath. With five varying floor plans, there's sure to be the right fit for your needs!

Are there any discounts in place?

Any current discounts will be featured prominently on our home page. Please contact us for all details on any current discounts!

At what time can I tour the complex?

We are open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. You can schedule an appointment for in-person showings on our website. We also have great visual tours of each floor plan on our website for you to see anytime.

Where is the complex located?

Our amazing location is 949 Crowsnest Circle, Orlando, Florida 32825.

Chickasaw is a conveniently located neighborhood less than 10 miles northeast of the Orlando International Airport. Downtown Orlando and the Orlando Executive Airport are a few miles to the west, offering Chickasaw’s residents big-city amenities not far from town. The Florida Hospital of East Orlando and Valencia College’s new School of Public Safety are located in the Chickasaw area. Churches, grocery stores, shopping, fitness centers, and Orange County public schools are widespread in this lively suburb.

What are the move-in costs?

In addition to any associated pet costs (above), there is a $200 per unit admin fee and a $75 per adult occupant application fee. No deposit is required; instead, there’s a small move-in fee you can pay upfront or monthly.
